Safeguarding students is a vital role of all staff members and important to ensure there is consistency in approach when working as an agency staff member, albeit across a range of roles and schools.

Open to all candidates it is an opportunity to discuss:

· ways that students may be exposed to harm

· school policies and procedures

· Tempest Resourcing Code of Conduct
