LSA / Learning Support Assistant
A popular Mainstream Primary School in Barking & Dagenham need an experienced LSA to join them for an ASAP start.
This school prides itself on being one of the best in the East London with excellent transport links, onsite parking and a well-built reputation within the community. They believe in supporting all pupils to strive for excellence no matter their starting point.
The LSA role itself will consist of working with a group of SEN children. Their needs include complex needs, non-verbal autism and personal care.
Salaries for the LSA will be a Daily Rate of £65 – £85 dependant on experience.
The ideal LSA for this role will be an established LSA with an academic background.

Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree – highly desirable
Proven experience working with Primary Children (3 months minimum)
Successful track record of improving pupil performance
Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police check
