About The Role
I am working with a secondary school near Chislehurst, Bromley who are looking for an enthusiastic Science teacher to teach Physics in a highly successful, lively and supportive faculty. The school are looking for an outstanding Physics teacher or an excellent NQT who can teach across the age and ability range KS3-KS5, contribute to their outstanding exam results and be open to getting stuck in with extra-curricular. For this Science teacher role, you must hold QTS and have successfully taught Science for a minimum of 1 year.
The School
I am working with a good, mixed 11-18 school based near Chislehurst, Bromley who are recruiting for a teacher of Physics. The school is one of the only secondary schools in the area and consists of 1750 secondary and sixth form students. The school has recently received a ‘Good’ at Ofsted and have demonstrated continued year on year improvement to 70% A-C including English and Maths. This is London’s most southerly school and has a catchment including schools from Bromley, Croydon, Kent and Surrey. They are a ‘good’ school with an ethos that encourages academic rigour, high expectations and a well-disciplined approach to learning.
