Facilities Manager – Bexley – Secondary School – September 2024
Tempest Resourcing are working with a Secondary School in Bexley who are looking for a School Facilities Manager to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis beginning with them in September 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety within a School Environment
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance
- Knowledge around regarding fire alarms, drills and weekly testing
- Key holder
- Strong maintenance knowledge
- Managing a team of Facilities Assistant
Required skills and experience:
- Previous maintenance experience
- Understanding of a School environment
- Full right to work in the UK
- Be able to build positive relationship with staff
- Be proactive, have good time management and organisational skills
