Evening Lettings Caretaker – information about the role
Tempest Resourcing are seeking an experienced caretaker for the Redbridge area. The role will require someone to start asap and have experience as a caretaker in a school setting, or a housing association. The role will include common caretaking duties such as; security, lighting, heating, stock control, cleaning, maintenance, storekeeping, energy conservation, emergencies and sometimes groundskeeping. The caretaker would report to the premises manager in most cases but for this role you will be on hand later on in the day for when the building is rented out to events, responsible for locking up the building once it is emptied.
The hours for this role will be Monday – Friday, 3pm – 7pm or 3pm -10pm depending on the event being held in the establishment each evening.

The establishment we are working with is a college based in Redbridge. Our clients require all candidates to have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service. We are able to offer both full time and part time positions, however, do bear in mind that schools will sometimes require hours to change due to certain needs such as, taking in stock and dealing with external contractors.
This role will be perfect for someone who is looking for evening work, without staying too late into the night.
